Alpina Eclectic Hotel Chamonix, Chamonix

The hotel has good-sized rooms at the back, making it a bit difficult to sleep through the night on three different occasions at three different rates. The service is decent, slightly lacking enthusiasm at the restaurant and front desk, though staff are helpful and accommodating, especially with a Greek ski room available for 2 adults and 2 children. The location is spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, conveniently situated just off a main shopping and entertainment street, but noise from nearby events might disrupt sleep quality. The dining options are good, offering stunning views from the top floor; however, a more varied menu would enhance the experience. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects worth considering before booking.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, although a bit small, were truly unique and interesting. Ours on the first floor had a little balcony with stunning views of the Aiguilles range. However, I wasn't prepared for the lack of preparation for the third person in the room, especially with the radiators turned off, but that didn't outweigh the charm of the room overall.
